To support Windows XP, MCERICOH
- XP V1.00 will be released in February 2004. Features are the same as
the current V1.11.

From V1.10 to V1.11 [May 2003]
A minor correction has been applied from the version
1.10, which prevents the same program from running more than once at the
same time.
