After creating a document, open the [Printing Preferences] dialog box in the document's native application.

Click the [Setup] tab.
Set the convenient print functions.
To set the combine printing function, select the combination pattern in the "Layout:" list.
To set the duplex printing function, select [Open to Left] or [Open to Top] in the "Duplex:" list.
To set the booklet printing function, select [Booklet] in the "Duplex:" list.
To use the collate function of the printer, select the [Ignore Application Collate] check box. To use the collate function of the application, clear the [Ignore Application Collate] check box.
To set the staple function, select the staple position in the "Staple:" list.
To set the punch function, select the punch hole position in the "Punch:" list.
Change any other print settings as necessary. For details, see the printer driver Help.
Click [OK].
Start printing from the application's [Print] dialog box.
