Canceling a Reserved Transmission

You can cancel a reserved transmission.

You can cancel the following types of transmission:

  1. Press the [Fax Options] key.

  2. Press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to display [6 Cancel Reserv.], and then press the [Yes] key.

     OK=Yes            Down arrow key

    The reserved transmission job is displayed. To display its details, press the [Right arrow key] key.

    If multiple reserved transmission jobs are stored, press the [Up arrow key] or [Down arrow key] key to display the job you want to cancel.

  3. Press the [Yes] key.

    Del=Yes    (Conf.=Right arrow key)

    The reservation is canceled.
